تكاليف الشحن
1) - الطلبات المدفوعة الكترونيًا (المدفوعة بالبطاقة):
- تكلفة الشحن مجانية لجميع الطلبات المدفوعة الكترونيًا (المدفوعة بالبطاقة) التي تزيد عن 199 ريال سعودي.
- ستكون هناك رسوم شحن بقيمة 25 ريال سعودي للطلبات المدفوعة الكترونيًا (المدفوعة بالبطاقة) بقيمة 199ريال سعودي أو أقل.
- سيكون هذا السعر هو السعر النهائي لتكلفة الشحن على العميل.
2 ) الـــدفــع عــنــد الاســــتــلام:
- رسوم الدفع عند الاستلام 35 ريال سعودي لجميع الطلبات.
- الدفع عند الاستلام متاح فقط في (الرياض - جدة - الدمام - الخبر).
- الحد الأدنى للدفع عند الاستلام 200 ريال سعودي.
- رسوم الدفع عند الاستلام غير قابلة للاسترداد بعد تسليم الطلب (عند طلب الإلغاء والإرجاع).
الاسترجاع
- الإرجاع بسبب تغيير رأيك
ستقبل المحلات الكبرى المرتجعات بسبب تغيير الرأي بسعادة طالما أن طلب الإرجاع قد تم في غضون 3 أيام من استلام المنتج وإعادته إلينا في العبوة الأصلية (تغليف المصنع ولم يتم فتح الكرتون نهائيًا)، غير المستخدم، وفي حالة قابلة لإعادة البيع. سيتم دفع تكلفة الشحن عند الإرجاع من قبلنا.
بمجرد استلام المرتجعات وقبولها، سترد المبالغ المستردة إلى بطاقة الائتمان / مدى، أو كرصيد متجر للشراء في المستقبل. سنخطرك بمجرد اكتمال ذلك عبر البريد الإلكتروني.
(المحلات الكبرى) ستعيد قيمة البضاعة المعادة مع أي رسوم شحن يدفعها العميل.
صلاحية الإرجاع: يمكنك التقدم بطلب للإرجاع خلال 72 ساعة من وقت التسليم
صلاحية الاستبدال: يمكنك التقدم بطلب للحصول على الاستبدال في غضون 5 أيام من تاريخ التسليم (يجب أن تكون قيمة السلعة المستبدلة مماثلة أو أكثر من العنصر المستبدل)
*هناك حالات معينة يتم فيها منح المبالغ المستردة الجزئية فقط: (إن أمكن):
1-إذا تم فتح الصندوق الأصلي للمنتج ، وتمت إزالة الختم الأصلي (ان وجد) ، ولكن المنتج لا يزال غير مستخدم في هذه الحالة ، يتم قبول إرجاع المنتج أو استبداله (للمنتجات التي يقل سعرها عن 4000 ريال سعودي فقط) بعد خصم التالي:
- خصم 35٪ من قيمة السلعة
- يجب أيضًا إعادة الصندوق الأصلي (بدون أي تلف) والكتيبات وجميع الملحقات الأخرى ، بالإضافة إلى أي هدايا أخرى أو بطاقات هدايا أو أي عروض أخرى قد تكون مضمنة مع المنتج الذي تم شراؤه.

- ستحترم المحلات الكبرى بكل سرور أي مطالبات ضمان صالحة، شريطة تقديم مطالبة خلال مدة الضمان لجميع المنتجات المؤهلة.
- سيُطلب من العملاء دفع رسوم شحن الإرجاع مسبقًا، ونعوضك عند نجاح المطالبة بالضمان.
- عند إعادة استلام المنتجات للمطالبة بالضمان، يمكنك أن تتوقع أن تقوم المحلات الكبرى بمعالجة مطالبة الضمان الخاصة بك في غضون 14 يوم.
بمجرد تأكيد المطالبة بالضمان وفي حال عدم توفر الصيانة/غير قابلة للإصلاح، ستتلقى الاختيار “حسب المنتج" بين:
(أ) رد الأموال إلى طريقة الدفع الخاصة بك.
(ب) رصيد في المتجر.
(ج) إرسال عنصر بديل إليك (إذا كان المخزون متوفرًا).
5. شـــروط مــدة والـــــتوصـيـل
(1) مدة التــــوصيل
- يتم توصيل الطلبات في خلال 2-7 أيام ولا تتجاوز 14 يوم عمل كحد أقصى.
(2) شـــــحـن الـطــــلبات
- يتم إرسال الطلبات عادة في غضون يومي عمل من تاريخ وضع الطلب.
- يعمل المستودع الخاص بنا من السبت إلى الخميس خلال ساعات العمل العادية، باستثناء أيام العطلات الوطنية حيث يتم إغلاق المستودع. في هذه الحالات، نتخذ اجراءات اضافية لضمان تقليل تأخيرات الشحن إلى الحد الأدنى.
(3) تغيير عنوان التسليم
- يمكننا تغيير عنوان التسليم الخاص fالعميل في أي وقت قبل شحن الطلب.
(4) المـنـتـجــات الــغـــير مـــتوفــرة في الـــمخــزون
-إذا كانت احدى المنتجات غير متوفرة في المخزون، فسنقوم بإلغاء المنتجات الغير متوفرة في المخزون واسترداد قيمتها وإرسال باقي الطلب.
(5) تجاوز وقت التسليم
- إذا تجاوز التسليم الوقت المتوقع ، فيرجى الاتصال بنا حتى نتمكن من إجراء تحقيق حول ذلك.
(6) تتبع الطلبات
-عند شحن الطلب ، سيتلقى العملاء رابط تتبع يمكنهم من خلاله متابعة تقدم شحنتهم بناءً على آخر التحديثات التي توفرها شركة الشحن. - لا يمكن تتبع الشحنات عند الطلب بالدفع عند الاستلام، سيتم التواصل من قبل مندوب التوصيل عند يتم تجهيز شحنتك للتوصيل.

(7) تلف الطلبات عند الشحن
- إذا وجدت أن كرتون\تغليف المنتج تعرض للتلف أثناء النقل، يرجى رفض الشحنة من شركة الشحن والتواصل معنا لكي نستطيع مساعدتكم وإرسال منتج بديل.
6. الرسوم والضرائب
1) ضريبة القيمة المضافة %15
- تم بالفعل تطبيق ضريبة المبيعات على سعر البضائع كما هو معروض في موقعنا الالكتروني.
2) رسوم الشحن
- يرجى الاطلاع على رسوم الشحن المذكورة في أعلى الصفحة (تكاليف الشحن)
7. الإلــــــــــــــغــــــاء
- إذا غيرت رأيك قبل استلامك للطلب، فيمكننا قبول الإلغاء في أي وقت قبل شحن الطلب. إذا تم شحن الطلب بالفعل، فيرجى الرجوع إلى سياسة الاسترجاع الخاصة بنا.
7.1 ** شحن الطلبات المسبقة
- يجوز المحلات الكبرى إلغاء الطلبات المسبقة عن طريق إنهاء الطلب المسبق في أي وقت لأي سبب أو بدون قبل إشعارنا لك بأن منتجك جاهز للتسليم.
- يمكنك إلغاء طلبك المسبق في غضون 7 أيام من تاريخ الشراء وقبل استلام الطلب فقط.
8. التأمين
- الطرود مؤمنة ضد الخسائر والأضرار حتى القيمة المحددة من قبل شركة الشحن.
1) عملية الطرد التالف أثناء النقل
- سنقوم بمعالجة الاسترجاع أو الاستبدال بمجرد أن يكمل الناقل تحقيقه في المطالبة.
2) الطلبات المفقودة أثناء الشحن
- سنقوم بمعالجة الاسترجاع أو الاستبدال بمجرد أن يجري الناقل تحقيقًا وبعد اعتبار الشحنة مفقودًة في مدة لا تتجاوز 14 يوماً.
